Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Fluke Biomedical Corporation. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding software and technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain a working knowledge of Fluke Biomedical Corporation-supported products and technologies, staying up-to-date on new features and releases.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner, using sound judgment and technical expertise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a software support role or a role that required technical troubleshooting.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, customer-centric attitude, and ability to learn and master new software applications.
