Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant

Role Overview:

The role involves supporting clients recovering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries to return to work and activities of daily living. This requires conducting a range of services - workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients in their rehabilitation journey
  • Collaborating with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to build effective relationships and support client outcomes
  • Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Osteopath plus relevant professional accreditation (APHRA, ESSA)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a similar role within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector
  • Current driver's license & access to a vehicle
  • Working with children check card (or willingness to obtain one)
