
Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Our team is dedicated to supporting individuals through workplace injury recovery. We work alongside employees to help them rebuild confidence, regain independence and return to meaningful work.
We strive to empower every person with personalised rehabilitation throughout their journey back to the workplace.
The Role:- Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases and provide health coaching, career coaching and return-to-work support.
- Perform vocational assessments both in-person and virtually.
- Develop employer networks within NSW.
- Utilise award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve great outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Provisional Psychology.
- Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA.
- Experience working in a similar role within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working within a high-performance driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation and consultation skills and the ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Attention to detail with a result-focused approach.
- Organisational skills and capacity to successfully manage competing priorities.
- Ability to undertake research and prepare data for reporting purposes.
- Accuracy and efficiency in following administration procedures.
- Australian drivers' licence.
- Police clearance and a working with children check.
You will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to set your own hours and work location, managing your schedule. Focus on achieving client outcomes through various means such as teleconferences, employer visits and client consultations.
You will join a collegiate and supportive team environment where you will receive individualised in-house training and development to meet daily targets.
