Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at PFD Food Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative, reporting, and general office tasks as required, including processing customer orders and enquiries, and communicating with Food Service Delivery Drivers regarding customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and filing.
  • Process customer orders and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with Food Service Delivery Drivers regarding customer requirements.
  • Assist with general office tasks as required.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Capable of working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Shows initiative and a positive attitude.
