Role Overview

The Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our youth services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating a range of youth-friendly activities for people aged between 12 and 25, operating from the headspace "Youth Hub".

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate youth-friendly activities, including programs and events
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and work with Aboriginal young people
  • Provide case planning and management support to young people
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve program goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in youth work, including case planning and management
  • Proven ability to engage and work with Aboriginal young people
  • Experience in crisis intervention techniques, harm minimisation strategies, and program development
  • Current driver's license
