Customer Service Agent

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of Qantas, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers, boarding and disembarking flights
  • Assisting customers with special needs, marshalling in aircraft, and providing information
  • Problem-solving and caring for unaccompanied minors
  • Working a 7-day rotational shift roster covering a range of hours
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a customer-focused individual with recent face-to-face customer service experience in the hospitality, tourism, or other customer-focused industries. You'll need to possess:

  • A passion for customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
  • A proven ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to resolution
  • A strong communicator and listener
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
