Job Description:Role Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate HR Officer to join our team. This role offers exposure across all key HR functions, helping you develop a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, HR reporting, and more.
Primary Responsibilities:- Supporting HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Assisting in maintaining HR systems, policies, and compliance registers
- Helping interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and legislation
- Providing timely support on HR and payroll queries
- Building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or similar discipline)
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety
- Current National Police Clearance
- High level of attention to detail
- Valid Driver's Licence – C Class
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment
- Good judgement and a flexible approach
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities
- Willingness to assist a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Exposure to the utilities, resources or construction industries
- Exposure to the administration of company processes and policies
- Awareness of relevant legislative, governance and compliance requirements
