Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support the day-to-day operations of our HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality and timely support to employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle.

About the Role
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers on all aspects of employment, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, liaising with management and external agencies as required.
  • Prepare contracts of employment and other employment-related correspondence.
  • Ensure new starter documentation is complete and accurate for setting up new employees.
  • Champion the end-to-end induction processes alongside operational teams and the broader HR team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work experience and industry programs.
  • Oversee probationary period reviews, including audits and issuing reminders to managers.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to support business needs and drive key HR initiatives/projects.
  • Provide general support on various administrative and operational matters to ensure the effective running of the HR team.
  • Report to the Leadership team on headcount, fixed-term contract end dates, leave, metrics, and general HR reporting.
