Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to fee earners, including inbox management, drafting correspondence, and court documents.
  • Assist with monthly billing, ensuring client SLAs and specific billing requirements are met.
  • Attend to client and matter queries, generating briefs to counsel, and liaising with junior and senior counsel on matter coordination.
  • Capture and record fee earner time, including business development activities, and liaise with clients.
  • Diary management, including organizing internal and external client meetings and arranging travel.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Diploma or certification (preferred but not essential).
  • 0-2 years of legal admin or professional services experience.
  • Proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Superior time management and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and service excellence with clear and concise communication.
  • Flexibility to work autonomously and as part of a team environment.
  • Experience with Elite 3E and iManage will be highly regarded.
