About the Opportunity

Flexhive is seeking an experienced Environmental Campaign Strategist to join their team. This 6-8 month non-ongoing position offers a chance to drive evidence-based campaigns that inform, educate, and inspire behaviour change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage market research to guide the strategic direction of compliant and impactful environmental advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with campaign suppliers to create strategies, materials, resources, and reports.
  • Prepare key campaign documentation, including briefs, submissions, and progress reports.
  • Oversee contract management, procurement, and budgeting to support effective campaign delivery.
  • Provide strategic advice and briefings to senior executives and represent Flexhive at external meetings.
  • Engage in occasional interstate travel to further campaign objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Australian Government environmental advertising campaigns.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the flexibility to pivot and adapt as priorities evolve.
  • Excellent judgement and effective negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in procurement, contract management, and budgeting.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and collaboration with a talented team.
