Microsoft Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Microsoft Business Development Manager to join our Microsoft Partner Solutions team. This strategic role involves cultivating and managing relationships with key Microsoft partners, understanding their unique needs, and developing growth-oriented account plans that drive sustainable sales growth across all facets of the partnership.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify existing customers and prospects to maintain a sufficient pipeline for achieving revenue targets.
- Utilize existing relationships in market to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data.
- Contribute to company strategy to reach FY sales targets.
- Support Account Managers and Business Development Managers in identifying, progressing, and closing Microsoft-related opportunities.
- Possess a proven track record as a sales executive with a focus on pipeline and business development.
- Experience building sustainable channel partnerships.
- Experience selling Microsoft professional services.
- Highly proficient understanding of business sales process, marketing process, and communication strategy.
- Demonstrated ability defining and driving targeted marketing campaigns.
