
Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Marketing Coordinator. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, writing and editing content for internal and external channels, coordinating email marketing campaigns, and managing websites and digital listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimise digital content including social media strategies, paid campaigns, SEO-focused copywriting, EDMs, and website updates.
- Manage community engagement and brand reputation by responding to online feedback, monitoring sentiment, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Produce and edit creative assets including photo, video, and basic graphic design to support campaigns and communications.
- Analyse and report on performance using data insights to inform and refine marketing activities.
- Collaborate across teams and with external partners to deliver campaigns.
- Support marketing planning and development by contributing ideas, managing creative briefs, and coaching others in content creation.
Requirements:
- Developing and executing social media campaigns, including paid and organic content.
- Writing and editing content for both internal and external channels with SEO awareness.
- Coordinating and producing email marketing campaigns.
- Managing and updating websites and digital listings.
- Engaging and managing external creative or media partners.
