Job Title: Support Operations Professional

The Support Operations Professional will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable, including reconciliation of invoices and statements.

  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly payroll.

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting.

  • Maintaining and updating databases as required.

  • Processing, updating, and reconciling fuel data.

  • Receiving, storing, issuing, and disposing of lost property.

  • Maintaining and updating QA forms and procedures as required.

  • Maintaining stock levels of stationery and issuing/ordering of staff uniforms.

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to general enquiries.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Relieving Office Administrator as required.

  • General Office Administration duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.

  • PAYROLL knowledge and ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements preferred but not essential.

  • Accounts Payable experience desirable.

  • Good interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.

This is a busy, hands-on position requiring a proactive and adaptable individual with a focus on accuracy, high attention to detail, and time management.
