In This Role:

As a Storeperson, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have autonomy to make decisions and continually grow professionally. Lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics using the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Picking and packing orders according to customer specifications
- Processing both inbound and outbound orders
- Performing putaways into designated locations
- Timely replenishment of stock
- Operating handheld technology such as RF scanners
- Using WMS to print labels and check data
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing orders
- Following client SOPs to meet customer expectations and minimize stock damage
- Supporting operations in stocktakes as required
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures including hazard awareness

You Have:

">

- Experience working in high-volume 3PL warehouse environments
- Forklift license (high reach and/or counterbalance) essential
- Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders
- Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
- Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service
- Understanding of the importance of adherence to WHS policies and procedures
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible, positive, can-do attitude
