Job Title: Support Operations Professional

Job Description:

The Support Operations Professional plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless workflow operations within the organization. This involves managing administrative processes, interacting with customers, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, receipts, contracts, and supply orders.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate order delivery, invoice payment, and inventory management.
  • Verify and implement pricing, discount, rebate, and payment arrangements in Oracle.
  • Track, update, and maintain master data in systems (Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ, Weighbridge, and Gtick).
  • Reconcile invoices and transactions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with collectors and accounts payable to facilitate collections and invoice payments.
  • Resolve customer disputes, order discrepancies, and product returns.
  • Maintain order fulfillment and stock availability with the logistics team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Admin experience in manufacturing, logistics, and sales environments is highly regarded. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software is essential.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
