Senior Living Support Manager

St Vincent's Care Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Living Support Manager to join our team at Werribee. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for guiding the Living Support Team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
About the Role:
- Lead the Living Support Team to ensure high-quality care and daily preferences are maintained.
- Collaborate with Care Managers to promote resident-directed care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Enrolled Endorsed Nurse or Registered Nurse with experience in aged care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Care Managers and Living Support Team.
- Passion for promoting resident-centered care.
