Living Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Living Support Manager to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Care Services, Werribee. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for guiding the Living Support Team to ensure resident-centered care and daily preferences are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Living Support Team to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
- Collaborate with Care Managers to ensure resident-centered care and daily preferences are maintained
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs and preferences
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Enrolled Endorsed Nurse or Registered Nurse with experience in a senior role in an aged care setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Care Managers and Living Support Team
- Understanding of resident-directed care and ability to champion this approach
- Registration with a professional body and a qualification in Nursing
