Living Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Living Support Manager to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services, Werribee. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for guiding the Living Support Team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Living Support Team to ensure high-quality care and daily preferences are maintained for residents.
- Collaborate with Care Managers to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote resident-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in care delivery.
- Enrolled Endorsed Nurse or Registered Nurse with experience in a senior role in an aged care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Care Managers and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Registration with a professional body and a qualification in Nursing.
- Understanding of resident-directed care and the ability to champion this approach.
