Living Support Manager

St Vincent's Care Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Living Support Manager to join our team at Kew. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the Living Support Team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care and daily preferences.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Care Manager with leadership experience in an aged care environment to showcase their unique ability to work collaboratively with Care Managers and guide the Living Support Team. You will be passionate about promoting and leading the provision of resident-centered care, sensitive to individual resident needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Living Support Team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care and daily preferences
- Collaborate with Care Managers to ensure resident-centered care and daily preferences are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and quality of care
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Registration with a professional body and a qualification in Nursing
- Leadership experience in an aged care environment
- Advanced communication and collaboration skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work on a full-time basis
