About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Living Support Manager to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services Werribee. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for guiding the Living Support Team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care and daily preferences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care, with experience in leadership and team management. You will be passionate about promoting and leading the provision of resident-centered care, with a focus on kindness, compassion, and individualized care and choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Living Support Team to deliver high-quality resident-centered care
  • Collaborate with Care Managers to ensure resident preferences are met
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote resident independence and well-being
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience in an aged care environment
  • Advanced communication and time management skills
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on a full-time basis
  • Registration with a professional body and a qualification in Nursing
