Job Title: Fleet Administrator

At Visy, we're seeking a skilled Fleet Administrator to support the efficient operation of our fleet management activities. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks related to vehicle acquisition, maintenance, scheduling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate fleet records and generate performance reports.
  • Support fuel card programs, monitor expenses, and manage purchase orders.
  • Administer fleet management systems and maintain asset records.
  • Manage fleet-related queries, coordinate resolutions, and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in administrative roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or related fields.
  • Experienced in developing and implementing quality systems and establishing efficient processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fleet management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
