Program Change Lead Role

The Program Change Manager is a key position that oversees organisational and operational change efforts associated with large-scale acquisition programs.

  • Develops and implements change management strategies to support Defence programmes.
  • Leads and manages organisational transition efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  • Oversees the adoption and integration of new processes, systems, and practices within customer and CAE organisations.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Formal qualifications in organisational development or change management.
  • Ideal certification in change management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ADF structures and processes.
  • Ability to develop structured change frameworks tailored to complex environments.
  • Experience in Defence, government, or highly regulated industries is preferred.
