The Program Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing organisational and operational change efforts associated with large acquisition programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support complex Defence projects
  • Lead and manage organisational transition initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in
  • Oversee the adoption and integration of new processes, systems and practices within customer and CAE organisations
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications and/or extensive experience in organisational development or change management
  • Ideal certification in recognised change management methodologies e.g. Prosci, ACMP)
  • Strong familiarity with Defence Force structures and processes
  • Ability to develop and execute structured change frameworks tailored to complex environments
