This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a People Manager. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical part in supporting and advising line managers across all areas of people management to build and maintain a high-performance culture.
Your main responsibilities will include implementing HR policies and services, managing employee relations and casework, and supporting wellbeing, learning and development, and organisational change initiatives. You will also contribute to strategic recruitment efforts, talent development planning, remuneration reviews, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing HR policies and services to support business objectives.
- Managing employee relations and casework to resolve conflicts and issues promptly.
- Supporting wellbeing, learning and development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Contributing to strategic recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Participating in talent development planning to identify and develop future leaders.
- Assisting with remuneration reviews to ensure fair compensation practices.
- Coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or ER/IR.
- Demonstrated senior HR generalist experience with strong capability in partnering with business leaders.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, industrial instruments, and employment law.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels.
- Highly organised and outcome-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
