Employee Relations Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and outcomes-driven professional with a strong generalist background across employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives.This role plays a critical part in supporting and advising line managers across all areas of people management to build and maintain a high-performance culture.The successful candidate will have proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders, delivering strategic and practical people solutions that drive engagement, capability, and performance.About the Role:This is a key position within our organisation, responsible for implementing HR policies and services, managing employee relations and casework, and supporting wellbeing, learning and development, and organisational change initiatives.Main Responsibilities:
