Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background to support and advise line managers in people management. Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies and services, managing employee relations, and supporting wellbeing, learning, and development initiatives.

The role also contributes to strategic recruitment efforts, talent development planning, remuneration reviews, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Additionally, it involves monitoring key HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and collaborating with the broader HR team on policy development and organisational priorities.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
  • Demonstrated senior HR generalist experience with strong capability in partnering with business leaders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, industrial instruments, and employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels and manage sensitive situations.
  • Highly organised and outcome-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in change management, talent development, L&D coordination, and performance culture initiatives.
