Human Resources Generalist

This Human Resources Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to provide generalist human resources support and administrative assistance to our business units.
- Employee records management, on-boarding and off-boarding processes, reporting, ASIC and WWC applications will be a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or similar, approximately three years' experience in generalist HR roles, and intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
This role involves working closely with Recruitment Business Partners to assist with end-to-end recruitment processes and playing a key part in achieving identified projects such as HR/payroll systems implementation and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee records, on-boarding and off-boarding workflows
- Coordinate employment terms changes and updates
- Champion on-boarding, cross-boarding and off-boarding workflows, recruitment & selection workflows, talent pool management and reporting
