- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in operations, preferably in a food retail environment.
- Pizza-based experience is highly desirable.
- Able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of small business owners/franchisees and ability to work collaboratively with them.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams platform.
- Current valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, mobile phone, and ability to travel (interstate or locally) as required.
