About This Role
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and build lasting relationships in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Qualify leads and uncover customer needs with a consultative approach
- Prospect daily to identify and build new business opportunities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and value-based conversations
- Build relationships across the industry and attend key events
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline and report weekly on activity
- Provide valuable market and competitor feedback to inform strategy
- Share insights on regional legislative changes/requirements
- Proven sales success with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technology sales or property management growth
- SaaS/PropTech sales experience highly regarded
- Real estate/property management knowledge an advantage
- Strong prospecting and networking skills
- Ability to work autonomously while aligning to business priorities
- A passion for customer success and building trusted partnerships
- Willingness to travel as required
