Established professionals in sales seek a challenging opportunity as a Sales Growth Manager, driving revenue expansion across the Commercial Segment in VIC Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue in line with agreed plans and budgets. Strong business acumen and analytical skills are required to identify new opportunities for value-added products and services through account plan management.

Main responsibilities include undertaking sales activities to achieve budgeted targets, contributing to customer and segment plans, and conversion of market leads on building approvals into profitable sales. Additionally, the role involves monitoring selling expenses and pricing to ensure profitability targets are achieved.

Sales professionals with prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/building products/construction materials industry are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with intermediate proficiency in managing data in spreadsheets and CRM systems, are essential requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
