About the Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Sales Business Manager to lead our sales team in achieving maximum profitability and growth.

This key position will be responsible for developing and executing all sales activities in Commercial and Export markets, including leading a team towards strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Develop a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy for the Commercial and Export markets
    • Implement marketing plans to drive sales growth
    • Monitor performance against budget and provide regular feedback to senior management
  • Team Management
    • Responsible for the performance and development of Account Executives
    • Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
    • Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Executives to build more effective communications and provide insight for improvement
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives
    • Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations
    • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
About You

We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Manager with 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales management, experience with CRM, IT & ERP systems, and extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management.

A tertiary qualification in horticulture or a related field is highly desirable, along with specific technical industry skills, proven leadership, and ability to drive sales teams.
