Account Growth Specialist Role

This key position in our sales team plays a vital role in helping our SaaS accounting solution reach new clients. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and driven by achieving sales targets.

Our solution addresses the needs of finance and accounting professionals across various organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through effective outreach strategies to build strong relationships with senior executives at potential clients.
  • Understand client challenges and develop solutions to help overcome them.
  • Utilize multiple sources, including online resources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads, to create robust prospecting lists.
  • Establish efficient communication channels for sales outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets for conversations, scheduling demos, and converting prospects into scheduled meetings.
  • Monitor progress and document activities using Salesforce automation systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Management teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience or prior accounting/finance experience with a desire to transition into a sales career.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Desire for coaching and development.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Organizational skills to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacious and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive and ambitious, with a self-driven attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Cold calling and/or Salesforce.com experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Finance or FinTech background is advantageous but not required.
