Overview

Join to apply for the Sales Development Representative role at FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW, within the Transformation & Growth team. You will drive new business opportunities for our Process Automation and IT services division and contribute to the organisation's growth during a significant expansion phase. This role suits someone in an entry-level sales or customer-facing position who is hungry to learn and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, social selling, email marketing, and related activities
  • Set appointments for clients and the Sales Team to support deal progression
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritise target accounts
  • Utilise sales tools to track, manage, and report on lead generation and sales activities
  • Identify initial client needs and communicate the client's value proposition
  • Manage your diary, schedule callbacks, and follow up on leads
  • Identify and manage leads to compile/update contact lists or source prospects
Skills & Qualifications
  • Understanding of sales development processes and strategies to identify and engage suitable prospects
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools and sales automation
  • Ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of products and services
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability in a dynamic corporate environment with resilience
  • Strong ownership and accountability for sales results
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional Experience
  • 1–2 years in sales or customer service, telesales or telemarketing
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and web-based marketing tools
  • Experience building rapport and delivering excellent customer service
  • Previous customer service or contact/call centre experience is advantageous
