PepsiCo is seeking a skilled National Account Executive to join our team and drive profitable sales growth within the Independents Channel.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute promotional programs with Metcash to drive incremental sales and share growth.
  • Manage forecasting processes to ensure accurate volume forecasts and accruals.
  • Collaborate with revenue management and account managers to identify opportunities for promotional optimisation and drive positive share outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and submission of promotional activities to Metcash in line with customer format and lead time requirements.
  • Execution of the promotional program, monitoring adherence to the program, and tracking/sharing results with the account team.
  • Review and analysis of the promotional program to identify opportunities to drive D&A savings, incremental NR, and share winning plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related sales function in FMCG or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record in delivering results in a sales role and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of category trends and insights with ability to execute into customer plans.
