Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Operations team based at Chullora, Sydney. This is a full-time, permanent role that will play a critical part in supporting tender submissions for a diverse range of projects.
About the Role:
- Enter and update projects into estimate database
- Unpack tender invitations – review conditions, briefs, scopes, specifications, and other documentation
- Perform take-offs and measure quantities
- Prepare unit rates and pricing estimates
- Negotiate tenders with clients
- Hand over tenders to production team
- Assist production team with follow-up queries during project execution
- Assist with take-offs for large variations
What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Engineering discipline or Certificate IV in Building Construction
- Experience as an Estimator or Project Engineer
- Site or concrete structure experience beneficial
- Able to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines
- High standard of customer focus

Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and industry standards in Sydney.
