Nurse Educator and Development Specialist

The Supportive Care Specialist is responsible for facilitating professional growth and development of nursing staff across various clinical settings.
- Implement evidence-based practice to enhance nursing care, ensuring ongoing education and support for staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a consistent learning experience across allocated clinical areas.
- Contribute to developing educational resources, policy updates, and best-practice initiatives.
This position demands strong facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. The ideal candidate will possess postgraduate qualifications in Education or Clinical Supervision and a minimum of 5 years' nursing experience.
- Nursing Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
- Degree in General Nursing meeting registration requirements.
- Postgraduate Qualifications in relevant nursing speciality, preferably a Masters in Advanced Nursing.
- High-level learning and development facilitation experience and presentation skills.
