Job Overview

As a trusted expert in technical operations, you will play a key role in resolving complex issues and supporting your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical problems independently with minimal supervision, providing prompt support to end-users across multiple products and systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' environments and service delivery requirements to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement established processes and recommend improvements to resolve routine customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, escalating where necessary, and utilize relevant information to diagnose and resolve or facilitate timely resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • AGSVA NV2 certification is essential.
  • Ideal experience within a Gateway environment would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Network Devices, ClearSwift Products, Bluecoat proxies, and Firewalls is required.
  • Proven experience in Solaris or Linux/Unix/Putt/WinSCP/Java, NAGIOS, VMWare, Oracle SBC, and Splunk is highly desirable.
