Job Title: Strategic Technical Expert

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the technical aspects of software development and implementation, ensuring that solutions align with our defined architectural patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement platforms and applications in line with industry standards.
  • Provide mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Offer technical direction across all inflight and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical resources in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Requirements:

  • Demonstrated 7+ years' experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with expertise in cloud-based application design and implementation (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience in providing architectural and technical direction for software delivery teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Proficiency in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) frameworks, including Terraform Enterprise.
  • Ability to build and deploy Kubernetes-based applications, along with producing high-quality technical documentation.
  • Understanding of DevOps operating models and their integration with existing systems.
