About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Professional to join our team in Canberra, Australia.

The ideal candidate will lead technical configuration, consulting, and issue resolution activities to ensure seamless software implementation and full client support.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to interpret and translate technical requirements into software configurations
  • Deliver custom configuration, testing, and documentation for client deployments
  • Troubleshoot application issues in collaboration with internal technical teams to ensure rapid and effective resolution
  • Support client success by providing expert application knowledge and technical guidance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • Experience in technical consulting, software engineering, or a similar field
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
  • Able to obtain or currently hold an active NV1 or NV2 security clearance (required)
  • Working knowledge of client/server and web platform architecture
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to lead technical conversations

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting Defence sector clients or secure environments
  • Familiarity with SQL Server 2012/2014+, SSRS reporting, Java applications, or IIS configuration
  • Ability to present technical solutions to a non-technical audience with clarity and professionalism
