Job Title

A critical infrastructure operations role requires collaboration with diverse teams of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

This position ensures seamless day-to-day operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure, supervising specialist vendors, acting as first responders to incidents, and becoming subject matter experts for the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Review: Analyze routine and corrective maintenance on critical systems including switch gear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.
  • Benchmarking and Reporting: Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on aspects of critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
  • Infrastructure Development: Assist in designing, implementing, commissioning, and building out new facilities.
  • Capacity Enhancement: Develop projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
  • Asset Management: Manage facility assets, provision of infrastructure, and inventory asset management.
  • On-Site Vendor Management: Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors, ensuring work observes established practices, procedures, and local legislation.
