Critical Infrastructure Specialist

This is a challenging position within the AWS Infrastructure Services team, responsible for designing, planning, delivering and operating all global infrastructure.
As an Engineering Operations Technician, Data Center Engineering Operations, you will work on complex problems with numerous variables impacting supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities include reviewing routine maintenance on critical systems, establishing performance benchmarks, conducting analyses, and creating reports on facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
Additionally, you will design, implement and commission new facilities, increase current facility capacity and efficiency, improve sustainability and reliability. You will also oversee facility assets, provision infrastructure, manage inventory and interact with contractors and vendors.
This role requires a degree or technical certification in Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical engineering or equivalent experience in a critical environment.
Required skills include 2+ years of maintenance experience on mechanical or electrical equipment and operation of electrical or mechanical systems in a mission-critical environment.
