This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure, including diesel power generators, HVAC systems, and fire suppression systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in operating and maintaining complex systems.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and managing routine and corrective maintenance on critical systems, establishing performance benchmarks, conducting analyses, and preparing reports on all aspects of critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
Additionally, this role involves assisting with the design, implementation, commissioning, and build-out of new facilities, creating and implementing projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and reliability, managing facility assets, and provision of infrastructure and inventory asset management.
Effective management of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors is also crucial to ensure all work performed adheres to established practices, procedures, and local legislation.
Requirements:- Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
