This opportunity is best suited to a passionate Retail Account Manager who develops long lasting relationships.
They are looking for an analytical candidate with a drive to exceed expectations. This person will bring key retail customers on the Fisher & Paykel journey to best promote their appliance collection.
Flexibility is paramount, and they are open to discussing your preferred ways-of-working.
This role plans and executes the F&P retail strategy for key main store accounts. Responsibilities include annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes.
Key account management involves managing and cultivating existing relationships to leverage growth opportunities. Increased product market share and proactive support for all key accounts is essential.
The successful candidate will have the ability to identify key insights and provide new and innovative solutions.
These solutions must stand out from competitors and ensure a seamless, brand aligned representation of their brand value proposition. Merchandising and brand representation must be achieved instore.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record increasing sales and margins with key accounts
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving great results for all involved
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to communicate intent clearly, receiving and giving constructive feedback to provide the best solutions for our customers
- Ability to present, facilitate and lead training sessions with retail teams
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Heightened level of business acumen
- Strong passion/interest/desire for premium home appliances
