Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Brisbane Metro area. As a key member of our retail relief team, you will provide exceptional customer service experiences for our members while delivering tailored solutions across various products and services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Offer tailored solutions and product information to meet the needs of diverse members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member queries and concerns
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets through proactive communication and issue resolution

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues

Benefits:
  • $33.40 per hour + superannuation, plus $50 weekly travel allowance
  • Permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and every second Saturday morning)
  • Relief role requiring own reliable vehicle for travel to various stores in the Brisbane Metro area
