Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team in Launceston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the preparation of Certificate of Likely Compliance, Occupancy Permits, Certificates and documentation.

You will also be required to carry out regulatory assessments on all types of commercial projects, assess project documentation against the deemed-to-satisfy and performance requirements of the Building Code of Australia, and provide technical assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the preparation of Certificate of Likely Compliance, Occupancy Permits, Certificates and documentation.
  • Manage multiple projects from beginning to end.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders and provide technical assistance to clients.
  • Assist other staff members with building surveying and business development matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Licensed or nearly licensed as a Building Surveyor.
  • 5+ yrs experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Degree or Post Graduate qualification in Building Surveying.
  • Sound knowledge of current Building Act and Regulations.
