
Expert Restoration Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Professional to lead our disaster recovery efforts.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties to their former glory by delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate restoration sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-site risk assessments, participate in toolbox talks, and maintain strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain and care for company vehicles and tools, reflecting your attention to detail and professionalism.
- Previous experience in restoration, cleaning, or building is highly valued.
- Desirable certifications include IICRC WRT, AMRT.
- A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid Driver's License, WWVP, Police Checks, and Construction Induction (White Card) are required.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
- Ability to assist with after-hours on-call roster.
- Full working rights in Australia.
