Restoration Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restoration Specialist to lead our disaster recovery team. This role plays a critical part in restoring homes and businesses affected by natural disasters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Assessment: Evaluate and report on restoration sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Client Engagement: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Site Safety: Conduct on-site risk assessments, participate in toolbox talks, and maintain strict safety protocols
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous restoration, cleaning, building/carpentry experience is highly valued
  • IICRC WRT, AMRT certifications are highly desirable
  • A strong work ethic, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Driver's License, WWVP, Police Checks and Construction Induction (White Card) are required
