As a Digital Sales Agent, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of our Digital Sales Channel through needs-based member contact, timely and professional guidance, exceptional service delivery, and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Significantly contribute to achievement of Digital Sales budgets and targets, either through digital sales or by identification of cross-sell opportunities.
- Build, maintain and retain relationships with members/prospective members by establishing rapport, proactively identifying their needs across the full product and services range and offering and delivering suitable solutions.
- Undertake prompt follow-up on digital applications taken, phone calls and service requests.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mandatory)
- Lending accreditation
- Sound lending experience (2 years minimum) in a banking environment
- Experience in all aspects of the loan process from submission of applications through to post-settlement
