This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a skilled Receptionist to join their team on a short-term temporary basis.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, answering and directing all internal phone calls in a professional manner
  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail and faxes, preparation of outgoing mail with high accuracy
  • Ordering stationery and providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are prepared and set up correctly, while helping with bookings and scheduling
  • Processing invoices and financial administration tasks with attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office space
  • Coordinating events and assisting various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar reception role in a comparable industry
  • The ability to build rapport and remain professional with all stakeholders, including colleagues and clients
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and efficient work
  • Availability to start working immediately in an office setting, with a regular daily schedule
