
Reception Administrative Coordinator

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a skilled Receptionist to join their team on a short-term temporary basis.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting clients, answering and directing all internal phone calls in a professional manner
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and faxes, preparation of outgoing mail with high accuracy
- Ordering stationery and providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are prepared and set up correctly, while helping with bookings and scheduling
- Processing invoices and financial administration tasks with attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and organized office space
- Coordinating events and assisting various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a similar reception role in a comparable industry
- The ability to build rapport and remain professional with all stakeholders, including colleagues and clients
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and efficient work
- Availability to start working immediately in an office setting, with a regular daily schedule
