About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Reception & Administration Clerk to join our head office team in Salisbury Plain.

As the welcoming face of Palumbo, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing professional, friendly support to our staff and visitors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive professional who takes pride in their work and is eager to grow their skills in a supportive and dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answering and directing calls on our busy switchboard.
  • Preparing and maintaining key documents, records, and handover packs.
  • Coordinating office and stationery supplies.
  • Supporting meetings, including taking minutes when required.
  • Assisting with a range of administration tasks across the business.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • A confident communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused with a can-do attitude.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the construction or property industry.
  • Accounts Payable knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Jonas Premier Construction Software.
